Terms & Conditions* (Read before you make the registration & payments*

Booth Setup:

Booth setup will be on September 11, 2024, between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Booth Assignment:

Booths are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis for USA retails vendors, these booth will be after Sponsors and the vendors coming from India. Once a booth is allotted, it cannot be changed.

Reservation of a booth is only confirmed after full payment is received.

Insurance and Liability:

  • The organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage occurring for any reason. Vendors are required to hold the organizer harmless and are responsible for damages to their exhibits caused by willful or negligent acts.
  • All vendors must obtain their own liability insurance.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, acts of God, riots, strikes, fire, flood, utility failure, civil disorder, criminal acts, or theft, the organizer and staff will not be held responsible or liable to perform its commitment under the contract and registeration fees will not be refundable.

Exhibitor Responsibilities:

  • All vendors must comply with applicable fire, safety, health, and public safety codes as required by local government authorities. No open flames, including candles, burners, or any such items, are allowed at booths. All electric wires at the booth should be covered for fire prevention safety.
  • No vendor is allowed to sell alcoholic beverages. There will be no consumption of alcohol during the event. Any unruly behavior will be promptly reported to the authorities.
  • Vendors agree and warrant that any items sold or displayed at the fair are not pirated, illegal, or in violation of intellectual property or anti-piracy laws. Vendors agree to indemnify the organizer and hold it harmless for any violations of these laws.
  • Vendors are responsible for obtaining a Tax ID and remitting all necessary taxes and charges to the government in connection with their activities at the event. They must also obtain any business licenses before participating in the fair.
  • Vendors are responsible for any damage to their booth structures. Under no circumstances should nails or screws be hammered into the floor.
  • Vendors must carefully review the application and order any additional materials such as tables and chairs at the time of application to avoid last-minute frustration. Last-minute requests will not be entertained.
  • If any buyer, visitor, or invitee is injured at the vendor's booth, it is the sole responsibility of the vendor to assume full responsibility and liability for their actions and to hold the organizer harmless and indemnify the organizers and the building owners against any and all claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from any acts of omission or commission of its agents or employees.
  • The organizer is not responsible for any financial transactions between the parties (buyer and seller), and any such transaction is the sole responsibility of both parties. Vendors will hold the organizer and their staff harmless for any such deal or activity.

Organizer’s Responsibilities:

  • The organizer will promote the fair and raise awareness among the masses about the event but is not responsible for vendors' sales.
  • In the event of a fire or damage to the exhibition area or space that makes it unavailable for any reason beyond the organizer's control to run the festival, the organizer will not be liable for the time lost and shall not be responsible for any reimbursement.

Termination of Agreement:

  • The organizer reserves the right to deny any vendor the ability to sell or display their products if they are found in violation of any of the above rules and regulations.
  • If a booth is canceled, 50% of the refund will be given before June 30, 2024, and no refund will be given thereafter. However, there will still be an administrative fee of 30% on cancellations after booking at any given time.
  • Any disputes will be settled through negotiations or will be subject to the laws of the region.
  • If any rules or regulations in this agreement are held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it will not affect the other provisions of the agreement.

By signing this application, the vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the organizer from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising from negligent acts of the vendor or its employees.
